In 2019,  Saigon Spa renovated the upstairs Suite C above the nail salon.  To allow clients to relax and relieve stress. upscale massage rooms were furnished with the most modern and elegant accessories; such as artificial fireplaces.  The posh furnishings are second to none in the Detroit area. Massages are available 7 days a week.  Appointments are available, but walk-ins are welcome.
